How I Got Here:
Brewing with Brianna was born from a simple truth: coffee has always been more than a job, it has been the throughline of my life.
I started working in cafés over 15 years ago, thinking it would be a temporary side job while I pursued my education. However, as I earned my undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice and my Master’s in Forensic Psychology, coffee remained my constant. It helped pay the bills, grounded me through long nights of studying, and connected me to people and communities I might never have met otherwise.
Somewhere between building bar flow and building case studies, I realized coffee was more than a means to an end, it was the place I felt most alive, most creative, and most useful. My background in psychology and education blended seamlessly with café culture, giving me a unique lens into training, leadership, and customer behavior.
Today, Brewing with Brianna is the platform where I combine all those passions. I work with shops, roasters, baristas, and coffee lovers to build stronger operations, better training programs, and more intentional café experiences. This brand is rooted in education, community, and a love for the craft—because coffee helped shape me, and now I get to help shape the industry in return.
